About Me
I’m Hayley Nelson — a mother, healer, teacher, and devoted guide for those on a path of healing and self-remembering. Over the past several years, I’ve walked a deep personal journey of growth, transformation, and alignment, allowing me to fully step into the work my soul came here to do.
My background as a personal trainer specializing in post-rehabilitation and beyond taught me that true healing is never just physical. It’s emotional, energetic, and spiritual. This understanding led me to expand my work into energy healing and spiritual teaching, offering Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), grounded realignment sessions, angel readings, and spiritual mentoring.
I am deeply guided by intuition and the angelic realm, and I work as a bridge between the physical and the unseen — helping others feel safe, supported, and empowered as they reconnect with their own inner wisdom. My sessions are practical, nurturing, and deeply rooted in compassion, meeting you exactly where you are.
Along the way, I fell in love, blended a family, and found my home in New Hampshire — all guided by trust, surrender, and divine timing. Everything I offer comes from lived experience, a grounded heart, and a belief that healing is a sacred remembering of who you truly are.
Testimonials
I’ve been a client of Hayley’s for the past three years, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. After a total knee replacement with complications, my physical therapist recommended that I supplement my rehab with a trainer and increase the intensity of my recovery work. Hayley’s deep professional experience in fitness, body mechanics, and physical therapy was exactly what I needed. She helped me get over a critical recovery threshold and has continued working with me ever since.
What I love most about Hayley is her knowledge, her holistic approach, and her ability to challenge me in a way that feels smart, safe, and empowering. Every workout is thoughtful, purposeful, and tailored to where my body actually is, not where it’s “supposed” to be. She’s helped me rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in my body, and I’m stronger today because of her guidance.
If you’re looking for a trainer who truly understands the body and knows how to push you while supporting long-term health and recovery, Hayley is exceptional.

Hayley and I have been working together for almost two years. One of those years was before my hip surgery and the other was after. Working with Hayley before surgery was fantastic because it made the recovery time much easier.
She guides me through my exercises professionally making me feel safe and accomplished. I know I'm healthier because I exercise and I exercise because of Hayley.

After several months of PT for one of my knees, I made the decision to schedule a total replacement for it. My physical therapist, along with several friends, recommended I focus on intensive training in preparation for it with a personal trainer who would come to my home. I was referred to Hayley, and it was the best decision I could have made. I’m four months after surgery now, and my knee feels like it did several years ago before arthritis impacted it.
My training experience with Hayley was like giving myself a gift. She knew exactly what was needed to strengthen the leg muscles and those around the knee as well as helping me develop my balance. I have a spinal condition affecting my other leg, and Hayley was able to make adjustments to my therapy to account for that. Most importantly, when I was hesitant to push myself, she provided just the right type of emotional support I needed. Her style of working with me was indispensable!
After my surgery, I went to rehab for a week. The exercises I was given were the same I had been doing with her. The physical therapists I worked with there, and when I returned home, were surprised at how quickly I was progressing. I know how critical Hayley’s encouragement and work with me enabled that to happen.

I am a recently retired senior system business analyst who worked at The University of Chicago at Alumni Relations and Development department. Hayley Nelson was very highly recommended to me in November of 2022 by a back injury specialist in Gloucester when I developed severe back pain and other mobility issues resulting from arthritis, old car injuries, prior surgeries and sitting at the computer all day while working from home.
Hayley greatly improved my overall wellbeing and mobility by patiently and carefully working with me on various issues without aggravating any of my existing injuries which is not that easy or simple. Recently she also helped me to recover after I broke my wrist and after I had a few other surgeries.
Hayley is a very resourceful, flexible and punctual therapist. She loves her work and has a sincere commitment to improve the health of all her clients. She goes an extra mile when she can help a person in any meaningful way.
Hayley is very creative, knows how to use computers and technology as well as how to deal effectively with different types of people. That’s why I recommended her to my relative who is a leg amputee and Hayley did a marvelous job preparing her for a hip replacement surgery and helping her to recover after that operation in a remarkably short amount of time.
I strongly recommend Hayley Nelson as a dedicated and very knowledgeable professional without any hesitation. Her work ethic, intelligence, and enthusiasm will be an asset to any organization.

We have 3 years of experience with Hayley—moving from once a week to 3x/week—and she has been magnificent. She is highly professional, persistent and uses her great sense of humor to aid motivating my husband when he is tired. Her exercise regimes are carefully thought out, varied and safe. I credit her with keeping my husband as mobile as he can be. Even though he does not love to exercise, he does love to see Hayley walk through our door. She has also helped me some and I have the same high regard for all she has suggested. I cannot recommend her more highly.

I’d like to share the excellent experience I had working with Hayley Nelson for seven months in 2025. I began training with her while rehabilitating a chronic shoulder issue that was making swimming and biking increasingly difficult. My physical therapist put it bluntly: “You’re either going to make yourself stronger, or you’ll end up doing less and less of the activities you love.” That landed hard—and he was right.
I’ve always been active: running, biking, swimming most of my life. But as I approached 60, I knew I was losing strength and muscle mass, and I didn’t want to head to a gym and lift weights on my own. I was delighted to learn that Hayley could come to my home at a very reasonable cost.
Hayley began with a thorough evaluation and developed a full-body program focused on strength, balance, and flexibility. She advised me on equipment to purchase and how to use it, and I’ve been very happy with the adjustable weights and resistance bands she recommended.
Once a week, Hayley arrived at my house at 7:30 a.m. to observe my form, prevent injury, and gradually expand my program. Over time, she introduced a wide range of exercises and stretches—especially to support healthy shoulders for swimming and to strengthen my lower body through squats and lunges. My balance improved, swimming became enjoyable again, my knees and lower back felt better, and I found it much easier to get up and down from the floor.
That last change deserves special mention. At our very first session, Hayley noticed that I had developed awkward, compensating movements to get up from the floor due to knee and back pain—something I hadn’t fully realized myself. Just a few weeks of focused strengthening made a remarkable difference, reducing pain and restoring a simple but important movement. Sometimes you don’t know what you need until a skilled professional points it out.
Hayley is exactly that kind of professional. I’m confident that working with her has improved my quality of life, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others who want to become stronger, more capable, and more comfortable in their bodies.
